== Description == 
The [[Power Control|Area Power Controller]] is used to store small amounts of power and reduce power fluctuations. Can be opened with a [[Crowbar]]. A battery must be placed in the APC and the switch must be set to 'on' for it to function. Currently, the dials in the APC do nothing.
