I did not modify the max thrust values, as I am not sure what fuels these assume to be used.

As such, only the amount of pressurant required to prevent evaporation on an empty fuel tank is required. If evaporation pressure is low enough, this pressurant can be stored within ullage, up until propellant tank pressure limits.
