{{Structurebox|name=Toilet|paintable=Yes|prefab_hash=768716816|prefab_name=StructureToiletModern|placed_with_item=Kit (Toilet)}}
In order to function, the following requires need to be met:

* Connected input and output liquid pipe networks.
* Input pipe atmosphere must have at least 50 mols of clean Water as the only liquid present.
* Input pipe atmosphere must have no Methane, Pollutant, Hydrazine, Hydrochloric Acid or Silanol.
* Input pipe atmosphere must be between 0°C and 100°C.
* Surrounding world atmosphere must have at least 30 kPa of pressure.
* Output network must have at least 1 L of volume available for liquids.

In order to be used, the following criteria need to be met:

* The player has lost at least 25% [[Sanitation]].
* The user needs to be in the same world grid as the toilet.
* The player cannot be wearing anything on their Suit slot.
{{Itembox|name=Kit (Toilet)|stacks=5|flashpoint=373 K|autoignition=573 K|paintable=Yes|prefabhash=1484917493|prefabname=ItemKitToilet}}
When used:

* 50 mols of Water are removed from the input network. <!-- 50 mols of liquids, of which only water is recovered. Because of the input pipe only being allowed to contain water as liquids, this is only water by definition. -->
* Return the 50 mols back, plus a substantial amount of polluted water proportional to polluted waste, into the output.
** For a full sanitation need, a toilet use recovers 21 L of water in Normal difficulty and 26.25 L of polluted water in Stationeer difficulty.
