You can see pages that link to it on [[Special:WhatLinksHere/In-Line_Tank_Large_Gas]]. Other pages would still point to here, but by default moving a page creates a redirect on the old one (pointing pages linking to it to the new page).
These can be manually changed to point to the new page later (as was done with some pages linking [[Volatiles]] to [[Methane]]) by which point the redirect can be deleted, but i'd probably leave it as a disambiguation page for the different sizes.
